  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Our goal is to create a comfortable online shopping environment for our customers. We always aim to meet and exceed your expectations. Therefore we are doing our best to offer a wide range of shipping options varying in pricing, time frames and types.

    We work with the fastest courier companies like UPS and FedEx. If you are not in a rush you can always refer to TNT Registered mail, which is not as fast but definitely reliable. Packages shipped by UPS, FedEx and TNT are insured, they have tracking numbers and we guarantee one reshipment in case of lost package. Regular Airmail is a cost-effective and discreet shipping method. It does not inquire a signature, does not have a tracking number and consequently is not insured. We do not resend packages shipped by Regular Airmail.

    Please note, we cannot be responsible for customs clearance and the customer will have
    to carry all future taxes if there will be any in his/her country. We also cannot take any responsibility for legacy of the purchased products in your country.

  • RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    Due to the nature of products we cannot restock sold items. Therefore we are unable to accept returned research chemicals. If your order arrives damaged, your item will be exchanged and reshipped. We ship at the expense and risk of the buyer. We can only guarantee delivery if you choose insured delivery. If one or more products are not available at the time of the order they can be sent in an extra shipment. In this case you will be contacted for partial shipping.

    Replacements for lost shipments can only be granted when a insured shipping option was used. Orders above xxx Euros are not subject to reshipment unless insured delivery is chosen.
